"Cassandra" (mythology) daughter of Priam and Hecuba, given the power of prophecy by Apollo but when she spurned him, he added the curse that her prophecies should not be believed.
"Vablatsky" comes from Madam Helena Blavatsky, 1831-1891, brought Eastern philosophical ideas to the West, founded the Theosophy movement.

Vi is a friend of the Fat Lady and the two of them get tipsy on chocolate liqueurs at Christmas (GF23). She winked from her frame at Bill Weasley when he visited Hogwarts for the Third Task (GF31).
