Three Ruby Throated Hummingbirds in Foxglove Flowers

Story
     This painting was conceived during the summer after I had recovered from a neck injury.  While recovering, all I could do was lay on my lounge chair and watch the hummingbirds at the feeders and in the gardens around my home.  I had planted some foxgloves the previous summer and noticed the tiny birds drawing nectar from them.  As soon as I could manage I painted this image.  Later, I added two more hummingbirds to the picture.
