   Angele is not our first encounter with a parti poodle. "Penelope" a miniature parti came into our lives through our grandmother some 30 years ago. Little could we imagine that we would one day be the proud owners of a beautiful parti girl of our own in the "Standard" size.

  Thanks to the UKC accepting the multi-colored poodle in the show ring in 2004, we decided it was time to add one to our lives again as well.

  To say that Angele is very intelligent would be an under statement! She made us proud when she received first place in her puppy obedience class at the tender age of  5 months.

Angele is a "therapy dog in training" as she accompanies us along with Margot our adult therapy poodle on nursing home visits.  She has become an instant favorite with residents and staff during her visits. Her unique coat color has caused her to be called "that beauty" not only by the staff but especially from the patients she visits.

  Angele began attending handling classes as a puppy to familiarize her with show ring procedures. Check below  to view what she has accomplished thus far.

Parti Poodles, although AKC registered are not allowed in their Conformation Ring at this time..........but can show in AKC performance events and earn titles!!!
