The Policies for Inn Rooms 

A Country Place Bed & Breakfast is open from February to November

Check in is between 2:30 and 8:00 p.m. E.S.T.
Please make prior arrangements for a later check-in.
Check out by 11:00 a.m.

Our home offers a smoke-free environment.
Smoking is permitted outside only.

Central Air Conditioning.

Pets are not permitted as our friendly resident cat would object.

We accept cash, personal checks, travelers checks and all major credit cards.
Add 6% state and 2% local taxes.

There is a two-night minimum stay required.
However, we are happy to accommodate you for one night if space is available at the last minute.

 Reservations may be guaranteed with a major credit card  or by sending a  deposit equal to 50% of your reservation to be received within 7 days. No charge is made for a cancellation within a 15 day notice. Less than ten days notice makes you responsible for our reservation unless we are able to re-rent your room. We make every effort to do so.
