In the spring and fall the Fern Glen is available daily with a two night minimum on weekends. During the summer they are available on a weekly basis only. These independent housekeeping accommodations are completely furnished , including fully equipped kitchens with microwaves, Cable TV and charcoal grills.

With regret, breakfast at the Bed and Breakfast is not offered with cottage reservations.

"The Fern Glen Cottage"

This charming cottage is located on the premises of A Country Place Bed and Breakfast and uses the same beach access one half block away. It features a great room, small loft, woodburning Franklin fireplace, enclosed front porch, air conditioning and a large screened porch that overlooks the woods. There is a dual king bed on the main floor, two twin beds in the loft and one twin bed on the front porch. Sleeps up to five.
Weekly: $850 Daily: $130

"The Fern Creek Cottage"

This newly remodeled cottage is located on the premises of A Country Place Bed and Breakfast and uses the same beach access one half block away. It features 3 Bedrooms, Screened Porch and Full Kitchen overlooking a neighboring ravine and small stream.
Weekly: $1150 Daily: $155

Daily reservations may be guaranteed with a major credit card or by sending a deposit to be received within 7 days.

No charge is made for a cancellation with ten days notice. Less than ten days notice makes you responsible for your reservation unless we are able to re-rent your room.

Weekly reservations must be secured by CHECK in the amount of $300, refundable if cancellation is made with a 45-day notice. With less than a 45-day notice, deposit will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the cottage.

Please make payment for weekly rentals by check or cash. CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED FOR DAILY RENTALS ONLY.
